About Baal

Shenzhen Haosu Industrial Co., Ltd., also known as Shenzhen Xing Ming Li Plastic Co., Ltd., was established in 2009 by a group of industry veterans with decades of experience in Thermoplastic Elastomer Compounding (TPE materials). The company and its production facilities are located in Shenzhen, the most dynamic, creative, and innovative city in China.

In 2009, Shenzhen Xingmingli Plastic Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on the production of TPEs with a monthly capacity of 3,000 tons.
In 2010, the company obtained ISO 9001 certification.
In 2017, Shenzhen Haosu Industrial Co., Ltd. was established, equipped with 20 plastic injection molding machines and 16 EVA injection molding stations, and began producing dog-chewing toys.

R&D

Reliability and quality management have been fundamental pillars in the success of our company. This is due to our continuous investment in research and development, not only in product design but also in the improvement of raw materials and production processes, which has established a solid competitive advantage for us.

In-house Manufacturing

As a leading producer of thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs), we have a deep understanding of the properties of raw materials and production processes. This expertise allows us to excel in the production of pet toys, ensuring not only high product quality but also cost savings.

Our injection molding workshop is currently equipped with over 20 advanced horizontal injection molding machines, capable of producing more than 500,000 products per month. Our workers have over 20 years of experience in the injection molding industry. We not only have extensive experience in injection molding processing, but we are also highly skilled in mold design and improving production efficiency and product quality.

Due to market demand, we subsequently introduced two 8-station EVA foam injection molding production lines and hired several EVA specialist engineers, filling the gap in our EVA foam products. Currently, we can produce 300,000 EVA pet toys per month.

To reduce costs and minimize waste, we introduced an EVA raw material compounding production line. This allows us to develop raw materials in-house, shorten production cycles, fully utilize leftover materials, improve product yield, and save costs.
